My name is Belal kalash, a filmmaker and visual artist, and media designer, born in 1984, studied based screen art, and graduated from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design (2020).
my works merge the precipitation of human existing, as body, soul, and consciousness into outer and inner space from personal and universal experience, dealing with going through a heart transplant, as receiving a heart of someone who passed into another world and reflecting it into the wide medium of cinema and video.
My second approach as a human being-filmmaker is observing and wandering the surroundings, and the landscape, wandering about belonging, about the home, and the search for asylum in our journey, and the conflicts and the struggles from both political and personal perspectives, as a Palestinian, citizen of the world and as a human in search for his destiny.
